YoungBoy Never Broke Again dropped off his latest singles, “Goals.”
The two-minute cut arrives with an accompanying music video that sees the Baton Rouge rapper in a fancy house, listing out what he wants to achieve and the hardships it has and will continue to take. A powerful chorus hears NBA YoungBoy rap, “I took the top off the motherf*ckin’ coupe / They closed the door, but I still made it through / Flooded my neck, look how much I done grew / Overtime for to make sure that I don’t lose / Run it up with my partner, give a lot to my mama / Doin’ bad, but I know that it’s a lot for me to do.”
YB is set to release his upcoming album The Last Slimeto in August, with reports stating that it will be an extensive 30-track project. The record will mark his fourth studio album and follows 2021’s Sincerely, Kentrell, which debuted at No. 1. He’s since then delivered the mixtape Colors and the collaborative project Better than You with DaBaby.
