Recently one of the biggest crude oil theft was discovered in Nigeria.
According to the report, over $500 millions worth of crude oil where been Stolen every week for the past 9 years.
The discovery was made by Tompolo, former Militant leader.
Recall that Federal Government recently award pipeline suivelance contract to Tompolo worth ₦6 billion monthly.
The suivelance led to discovered of many oil theft that has been going on in Niger Delta for years.

Which includes the recently vessel set ablaze by Nigeria government when it was intercepted transporting illegal crude oil out of the country.
Many Nigerian outrightly Condemn the hasting decision took by the federal government to set the vessels ablaze without proper investigation to reveal the onwer of the vessel.
Reacting to the condemnation, Federal Government said it within the law to set the vessel ablaze since it was arrested with illegal crude oil.
