La Flame is lighting 29 candles on Friday (April 30), so to honor his birthday, Billboard wants to know: What is your favorite Travis Scott hit?
He’s earned four No. 1 hits on the Billboard Hot 100 in the last three years: “Sicko Mode” in December 2018, “Highest in the Room” in October 2019, “The Scotts” with Kid Cudi in May 2020, and “Franchise,” featuring Young Thug and M.I.A., in October 2020. The last three songs debuted atop the tally, making the rapper the first artist ever to pack three No. 1 debuts into a span of less than a year.
But the Houston MC also fares well as a featured artist, linking up with two out of three Migos members. Scott and his Huncho Jack partner Quavo paired up on “Portland” by Drake, which reached No. 9 on the Hot 100 in 2017 and pays homage to his “fav place in America” that’s tattooed on his hand. Then he teamed up with Offset on “ZEZE” by Kodak Black, which peaked at No. 2 the following year.
