Westside Gunn has officially announced the release date of his upcoming record, Sincerely Adolf.
Taking to social media to share the information, the Griselda titan revealed an August 20 release date and the project’s album art, which is a portrait of Adolf Hitler painted over with X marks on his eyes, horns and face tattoos. He also referred to the record as a “double album” — the first of two projects he previously stated he will drop in 2021; the second will supposedly release on Halloween.
The eight project in Westside Gunn’s Hitler Wears Hermes series will mark his first full-length since October 2020’s WHO MADE THE SUNSHINE, which also marked his Shady Records debut, and the first in the series since November 2019.
Take a look at the announcement below. Westside Gunn’s Sincerely Adolf drops August 20.
