Watch Tyler, the Creator Perform “Massa” at the 2021 American Music Awards

Tyler, the Creator took to the American Music Awards stage to perform “Massa” off his latest album CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST.

Draped in a puffer jacket and shorts, the top-shelf rapper performed in the foreground of a snow-doused set featuring a lit-up house and towering trees. At the song’s conclusion, Tyler hopped on the back of a Vespa and cruised off the stage.

Tyler earned his second No. 1 with CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST, earning a total of 169,000 equivalent album units, including 114,000 streaming equivalent units, 55,000 in album sales and under 1,000 in track equivalent album units in its first week. Following the album’s debut, Tyler unveiled the “travel itinerary” for his upcoming North American tour in support of the album, which is slated to commence on February 10, 2022, at the Pechanga Arena in San Diego and conclude on April 8, 2022, at the Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, with a total of 34 stops.

Elsewhere at the AMAs, which were hosted by Cardi B,  Bruno MarsAnderson .Paak, Olivia Rodrigo, BTS, Coldplay, Carrie Underwood, Jason Aldean and several others performed. BTS took home the top trophy for artist of the year, while Megan Thee Stallion received the award for favorite female hip-hop artist and Drake won favorite male hip-hop artist.
