M. Night Shyamalan is back with another horror thriller, Knock at the Cabin where a family has to make an impossible decision about who gets to live.
The apocalyptic psychological horror is based on Paul Tremblay’s 2018 novel, The Cabin at the End of the World. Taking place in a cabin in the woods, a couple played by Jonathan Groff and Ben Aldridge, take their young daughter Wen (Kristen Cui), on a family vacation. Hoping to get some time in nature, away from the city, the family vacation takes a turn when they hear a knock on their cabin door. They are immediately faced with an unimaginable choice where they must choose to sacrifice one of the three members of the family, to avoid the end of the world and the death of hundreds of people. Dave Bautista plays one of the four armed strangers that hold the family of three hostages. Nikki Amuka-Bird, Abby Quinn and Rupert Grint are the other three alongside Bautista.
