The game, titled “I Think I Can, I Think I Can,” involves Shelton and DeGeneres giving the contestants two words, and they have to guess the word that connects the two (For example, the word “bell” fits with both the words “door” and “bottoms” to make “doorbell” and “bellbottoms”).
If a contestant answers correctly, the other gets a pie to the face and then sprayed down with one of Smithworks Hard Seltzer Lemonade flavors. “It’s alcohol,” Shelton said of the drinks with a laugh. “So we have Smithworks vodka, and because why not? We made Smithworks hard lemonade and hard seltzer.”
Smithworks by Pernod Ricard teamed up with the singer in March to launch Smithworks Hard Seltzer Lemonade.
The 5% ABV flavored malt beverage is available in four lemonade flavors inspired by America’s Heartland, outdoor BBQs and the summertime heat: classic lemon, ripe strawberry, Southern peach tea and crisp lime.
