Ariana Grande surprised attendees last night at the Met Gala with her first performance in five years. One of two performers at fashion’s biggest night out, Ariana Grande played a seven-song set of her biggest hits while FKA twigs also performed.
As a part of her performance, Grande performs her 2016 hit single “Into You,” the first time since 2019 as well as her debut performance of tracks from her newest eternal sunshine album. Grande opened with her rendition of the “Once Upon A Dream” track from Sleeping Beauty and sang “7 rings,” “the boy is mine” and “yes, and?” Closing out her performance, her Wicked co-star Cynthia Erivo joined her for a cover of “When You Believe.”
Ariana Grande performed on stage with 30 dancers as well as the 40-person choir Broadway Inspirational Voices as she stood in front of the fashion crowd on the Temple of Dendur. Watch below at some of the recorded clips from her performance last night.
