The single was released in 2020 but was dredged up an offered a visual experience by the singer following the massive impact it created.

It’s a song of gratitude unto God for all He’s done and also takes it reference from the 10 lepers in the Bible that Jesus healed. Out of the 10, just one came back to appreciate Jesus after being healed, the remaining 9 never returned as they went their way into the city, glad that they’ve been healed.
