VERDY's Girls Don't Cry Presents Limited-Edition Beats Flex Earbuds

After working with WACKO MARIO and fragment design, Beats now taps another Japanese imprint, VERDY‘s Girls Don’t Cry for special-edition Beats Flex earbuds.

The upcoming wireless earphones are found in blue with Girls Don’t Cry’s signature red script and a detachable heart charm. As with the standard models, the earbuds are magnetic with auto-play/pause features and four ear tip options for personalization. Additional specs include non-tangling Flex-Form cables, a built-in mic with windproof clarity, 10-minute fast fuel charging offering 1.5 hours of playback, 12 hours of total listening time, and a custom acoustic platform. Thanks to its W1 chip, the pairs are integrated into the Apple ecosystem with Find My compatibility.

“I’m really happy to work on the Beats Flex earphones because it’s my wife’s favorite style,” said Verdy. “We’ve made a friends-and-family version in the past, so I’m really excited to release this special colorway to the public.”

Starring in the campaign video below is model Jasmine Daniels who styles the Beats Flex in a Girls Don’t Cry-inspired bedroom while listening to “Something I Need” by Koteri.

The Girls Don’t Cry x Beats Flex will be available on April 1 via Girls Don’t Cry and Dover Street Market in the U.S., U.K., and Japan for $69.99 USD. VERDY will also be launching a retail pop-up at Rise Above Gallery in Osaka, Japan to celebrate the release.
