The Tribune’s third annual Healthy Living Expo provided a lot of entertainment for people of all ages Saturday, March 11.

The expo featured health and wellness exhibits, live cooking and fitness demonstrations, inflatables for children and more. New this year was a food truck, Farm 2 You, hourly drawings for kids and adults and ocean drum-making for kids.

Tribune Advertising Director Renee Willis said the expo is geared for all ages and included interactive events from exhibitors like troopers from the Michigan State Police Caro Post, who was on hand with the MSP’s Fatal Vision Pedal Carts for demonstrations throughout the day to offer youth the opportunity to experience the dangers of operating a vehicle while impaired.

More demonstrations throughout the event included cooking from Cinamon Marker from Laker Schools and Sound Bath by Centered by Sound.

Twenty-two vendors were on hand for the Tribune’s Healthy Living Expo.
