Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with a move for the Lazio forward Joaquin Correa in the last few weeks.
According to Corriere dello Sport, the Londoners are unlikely to pay more than €30 million for the 26-year-old this summer.
Apparently, Paris Saint-Germain have already submitted an offer for the Argentine international and the French outfit are prepared to part with €20 million in cash along with Pablo Sarabia.
The Londoners could definitely use a versatile attacker to add more quality and depth to their front three and Correa seems like a superb fit in theory.
The 26-year-old scored 11 goals and picked up six assists across all competitions for Lazio last season and he can operate as the center-forward as well as a winger.
The Argentine could play a similar role to that of Son Heung-Min at Tottenham next season.
Apparently, the owner of the Italian club is looking for a cash offer for the 26-year-old forward and that could give Tottenham an edge in the transfer chase because PSG are hoping to sign Correa on a player-plus cash deal.
The attacker is currently away on Copa America duty with Argentina and his future is unlikely to be sorted before the tournament ends.
