It seems that Canadian crooner, The Weeknd will be making a surprise appearance at this year’s Coachella.
Just recently, The Weeknd retweeted a post from a fan account that read, “THE WEEKND WILL PERFROM AT COACHELLA THIS YEAR.” The festival is set to be headlined by Frank Ocean, Blackpink and Bad Bunny. Earlier this week, The Weeknd also hinted that he might be heading to the valley with a desert emoji. In another Tweet, he even asked his fans, “Where will you find me?”
A fan was quick to call out the surprise as one of them responded to his Tweet with a screen recording of The Weeknd’s most recent Instagram Live, where he said, “See you in the desert.” The news arrives just days after the aforementioned IG Live, where The Weeknd teased new music and hinted at The Idol Vol. 1, a new album accompanying his upcoming HBO series.
