We’re likely all asking ourselves the same question at the moment: What can I wear that is as comfy as sweats but looks like I’ve put a lot more effort in? When we reached out to our readers recently to ask what you wanted to see from us here at Who What Wear, more than anything, we heard requests for chic, heatwave-proof working-from-home looks for those whose routines have changed.
We’ve enjoyed the novelty of the loungewear phase and already worked out what tops look great with leggings for our Zoom calls, but what we’re really craving now, especially with the mercury rising, is pretty dresses. Something we’ve always championed is how easy dresses are to throw on in the morning. Just like a matching two-piece or a jumpsuit, a dress is a full outfit in itself, so it takes away any decision-making from your morning routine. Plus, we challenge you to choose to wear a dress tomorrow and not feel more put-together.
Most dresses are inherently comfy, at least the below styles certainly are, so really, why the hell not chuck on a great dress for your working (from home) day?
