THE BLSSM, who recently released a visual for “SPORTS CAR,” is back with another head-turner in “Dizzy.” Directed by Sophie Hur, the music video takes us on an adventure with THE BLSSM, capturing their grunge-inspired fashion and whirlwind of emotions, dabbling in a big city once again. Coming off her impressive EP, 97 BLOSSOM, THE BLSSM has signed with Fueled by Ramen and is taking things up a notch, premiering this one, produced by Suzy Shinn and James Ivy.
Back in New York, The BLSSM carries her burdens like a charm bracelet, singing “I’m not drunk, I’m not high/ I’m not slumped, I’m alright/ Just dizzy cause I’m always dragging you around, around, around.” Wandering about the streets of LES, The BLSSM is unbothered, all the while dealing with the anxiety of uncertainty and figuring out how to navigate emotional baggage. The track is splitting and fun, while also unabashedly honest and kinetic, self styled and curated by THE BLSSM herself. Additionally, collaborating with esteemed Creative Director Elliot Shields, who designed the single artwork and illustrated their digital companion character on the cover.
