Yungblud Unveils Massive 2023 World Tour
Fresh off last week’s release of his self-titled album and a performance on ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live!, SPIN‘s May cover star Yungblud has detailed a massive 2023 world tour. The 29-city leg will kick off on April 29 in Seattle and wrap on July 25 in Kansas City, Mo. Los Angeles-based pop rockers The Regrettes are slated to support. Tickets for the leg will go on sale at 10 am local time on Sept. 16. Yungblud was released on Sept. 2 and has already reached No. 1 in the U.K., Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. The artist has a handful of shows on tap through the end of the year, including Riot Fest in Chicago this weekend and the Austin City Limits festival next month. Yungblud has unveiled his third single of 2022, “Don’t Feel Like Feeling Sad Today,” alongside a fan-featuring video filmed on London’s Southbank last week (June 20). Yungblud Announces Self-Titled Third Album
After releasing a slew of singles over the past month, current SPIN cover star Yungblud has revealed the details of his third studio album. Titled Yungblud, the record will be released on September 2 through Locomotion/Geffen Records. The British rocker announced the album this morning, May 17, during a livestream of him getting a tattoo on his ribcage. The album follows 2020’s weird! and is available for pre-order. Yungblud announced the North American run of his Life On Mars tour. Set to perform 35 stops, Yungblud will kick things off in Athens, Georgia on January 26. He will be joined by Palaye Royale, Upsahl, pouty face, and Charlotte Sands along his scheduled route. The run follows the rocker’s U.K. Life On Mars tour that wraps up on December 8 in Glasgow. General public tickets for the North American tour will go on sale at 10 a.m. local time on Friday, Oct. 29.
