The Atlanta rapper turned himself into Atlanta PD on gang racketeering charges. WSB-TV reports that Lucci is being held at the Fulton County Jail. “We do treat charges more so than the celebrity status and he is certainly in our maximum security area,” Fulton County Sheriff Pat Labat told WSB-TV. The Atlanta rapper was reportedly released after posting $500,000 bond after spending about a month in jail. Back in early January, Lucci turned himself in to the authorities after he was wanted for his involvement in a homicide. Born Rayshawn Lamar Bennet, 29, he was being sought for a felony murder that went down in southwest Atlanta during an incident in December that left two people shot and one man dead. YFN Lucci Wanted By Atlanta Police for Murder

Rapper YFN Lucci is wanted by Atlanta police in connection with the Dec. 10 murder of James Adams. A police report said that at around 5:20 pm on Dec. 10, officers responded to an incident that took place in southwest Atlanta. When they arrived, they found 28-year-old Adams laying in the street with a gunshot wound to the head. Another person, 32-year-old Kevin Wright, was found at a fire station after he was shot in the abdomen.
