St. Vincent teamed with Japanese musician/composer/producer Yoshiki to craft a fresh version of her song “New York,” which dropped today (Aug. 28). St. Vincent’s signature tune was originally released on her Grammy-winning 2017 album MASSEDUCTION, and the reimagined version features Yoshiki’s classically inspired arrangements, creating unpredictable new textures.
