Wolfgang Gartner Drops High Voltage Single “Electric Soul”

The fully-charged Wolfgang Gartner cranked up the voltage for his funky new single “Electric Soul.” He states that the track is one of his favorites in a long time and it was premiered earlier in the month on Twitch. In addition to the single, Gartner released a visualizer video to accompany the new release. Like the other famous Wolfgang before him (no, not the chef, the other one), the song opens up with some impressive piano. While in the 1700s that would be the end of it, this only serves as Gartner’s introduction before distorted vocals lead into a precise yet high-powered beat. With funky vocals and a captivating groove, the end result is sure to spark movement from all of those who plug in. Back in July, fans of Gartner celebrated the release of his latest EP,...

Wolfgang Gartner Releases “Tucson,” His First Extended Release In Two Years

The road to Wolfgang Gartner‘s latest project, Tucson, has been arduous and demanding, requiring a month-long stint in a Tucson, Arizona drug treatment facility in 2019 to come to fruition. Wolfgang’s masterful touch is evident in each track, testifying to his decades of experience crafting trailblazing yet classic-sounding, main stage-ready music.  Fro...

Today he unveiled his new single “Supercars,” which arrived via ALT:Vision. Gartner kicks off “Supercars” with a twangy guitar riff before introducing funky, vocoded vocals, which sound as if they were inspired by Daft Punk‘s Tron: Legacy score thanks in part to the track’s title. Warm synths then serenade you into a funky bridge, which eventually culminates in a classic Wolfgang Gartner drop that crescendos with the gritty electro flair we’ve all been missing from the iconic producer. “Supercars” is the first single off a forthcoming EP from Gartner, who took some t...
