Arizona to Host Carl Cox, Kaskade, Adam Beyer, More for Inaugural “Body Language” Festival
In Arizona, there’s one event promoter that has the Phoenix EDM scene on lock: Relentless Beats. These top-notch organizers already power landmark festivals like Decadence NYE, Crush Arizona and Goldrush. Now, their sub-brand RBDeep is adding yet another event to the company’s docket: Body Language. The three-day festival will be dedicated to house, techno and underground music. Skrillex Announces Rare Show at Brooklyn’s Avant Gardner
Taking a bite out of one of New York City’s most beloved concert venues, Skrillex is officially returning to The Big Apple. The dubstep legend is primed for a rare October 27th performance in the Great Hall at Avant Gardner, which the club’s operators have dubbed “the quintessential Brooklyn warehouse venue.” It’ll be the first time he’s performed in New York City since 2017, according to Avant Gardner’s announcement, which also revealed Wax Motif and Noodles as support. ABOUT THE FESTIVAL HARDFEST 2021 happened this weekend for the first time in two years, with an expanded venue size and a stacked lineup of electronic, rap and pop acts. The most important thing to note was that all sets had exceptional sound quality and the acts delivered their performances to bustling crowds filled with totems, dancing and spray-bottles. The HARD fairgrounds are completely made up of black-top and the grounds were well-organized with water stations, AstroTurf rest areas, colorful lights, food trucks, and even several “vaccination stations.” The infamous San Bernardino heat became manageable after 5 PM and even comfortable after sundown.
