Former Senate Leader and ex-Chairman, Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Senator Victor Ndo­ma-Egba, has said that the re­cent onslaught on his abode in Calabar, Cross River State, was well planned by the per­petrators and those that may have prompted them.
