Over the past few months, artists have been getting creative with bringing live performances to their fans. Anthrax’s Charlie Benante has been doing just that and has recently collaborated with DMC of Run DMC, Suicidal Tendencies bassist Ra Diaz and former Anthrax / current Volbeat guitarist Rob Caggiano on a new track. Benante revealed that he’s always wanted to play a Run-DMC medley. So he arranged it back in March, and “CB’S RUNDMC JAM” was born. Charlie explains more about how this music came together on the song’s Bandcamp page, which can read below. “I always wanted to do a medley of RUN DMC songs, so back in March I decided to put an arrangement together and asked these amazing people to be a part of it. How can you do a RUN DMC medley without the KING of ROCK- Darryl McDaniels DMC....

Trump supporters may not be hearing “Y.M.C.A.” at his rallies anytime soon. Following a Friday Facebook post from vocalist Victor Willis, the Village People have just joined the ever-growing list of artists requesting the president doesn’t play their music at his rallies, which already included Rihanna, Aerosmith and Prince’s estate. Willis’ request came after protesters were cleared outside of the White House so President Trump could have his photo taken in front of a church last week. “If Trump orders the U.S. military to fire on his own citizens (on U.S. soil), Americans will rise up in such numbers outside of the White House that he might be forced out of office prior to the election. Don’t do it Mr. President,” Willis wrote. “And I ask that you no longer use any of my music at your ra...
Source: Rob Kim / Getty Don’t believe everything you see and hear during these times. One brazen story of the poor robbing from the rich seems to be all cap. As spotted on GQ a tale of a pair of modern day Robin Hoods made a big splash across social media on Monday, June 1. Initial reports alleged that two unidentified individuals ransacked a Rolex store in downtown Manhattan. One police officer who responded to the incident theorized that the two suspects might have hit a seven figure lick. “The Rolex store is empty. They stole like 2.4 million in Rolexes” he said live from the scene. But Gentleman’s Quarterly has investigated it further and the jack move merely resulted in just minor vandalism. First the location in question is not a Rolex store but a Watches of Switzerland – an authoriz...

While Disney World in Orlando won’t reopen until next month, the House of Mouse recently revived the outdoor shopping center at Disney Springs. New coronavirus safety measures include reduced capacity, mandatory face masks, and a pair of bumbling First Order stormtroopers reminding patrons to maintain social distancing. In a video posted by Attractions Magazine, the stormtroopers are much closer to entertainment than security. They stand above visitors on a balcony, pointing prop guns skywards, while scripted dialogue is piped through loudspeakers. Even from the few snippets, their distinct personalities come through. The male trooper is a grating brown-noser, while the female soldier hates her job and wishes she could be anywhere else. This tension between them provides an excuse for...

J.R. took to the Internets to give his side of the story. “I just want you all to know right now, before you see this sh*t somewhere else, one of these little motherfucking white boys didn’t know where he was going and broke my f*cking window in...
