Red Hot Chili Peppers Announce 2023 World Tour Featuring Iggy Pop, The Roots, The Strokes & More

The Red Hot Chili Peppers announced the dates for their 2023 world tour on Monday morning (Dec. 5), a massive outing that will have the veteran pop rock funkers playing a mix of stadium and festival dates. The 23-date tour is support of the two studio albums the Chili Peppers released this year, Unlimited Love and Return of the Dream Canteen, is slated to kick off on March 29 with a show at BC Place in Vancouver and feature stops in Las Vegas, Minneapolis, San Diego and Phoenix, as well as a slot at the Hangout Music Festival in Gulf Shores, Alabama on May 19. Eric Prydz has slyly teased that a massive 2023 tour is likely on the horizon.  Back in September, Prydz’ world-famous HOLO show series was announced as part of Ultra Music Festival’s 2023 lineup. Even on a stacked lineup with Carl Cox, Hardwell and other electronic music greats, it was an immediate standout on the bill.  While it was the subject of much interest at the time, it seems the Ultra announcement was just the tip of the iceberg for something even bigger: a 2023 HOLO tour. Spider-Man and Doctor Strange have nothing on the interdimensional scale of Alan Walker and his “Walkerverse” tour. Walker is trekking all over the world in support of his latest album, Walkerverse, Pt. 1 and its impending follow-up, Walkerverse, Pt. 2. Blink-182 are getting the band back together. On Tuesday (Oct. 11) the pop-punk trio announced a reunion with former singer/guitarist Tom DeLonge for a 2023 global tour and upcoming single. Depeche Mode Announce New Album, First Tour In 5 Years

Months after the death of founding member Andy Fletcher, Depeche Mode have announced a tour and new album.  The legendary electronic music group’s last album was 2017’s Spirit. The record was followed by their Global Spirit Tour, which grossed a whopping $202 million. The forthcoming album, Memento Mori, does not yet have a release date but it will be released on Columbia Records. Memento Mori will be Depeche Mode’s first album since the news of Fletcher’s death back in May.
