Boca Juniors are preparing for the arrival of Manchester United striker Edinson Cavani. Doble Amarilla reports Cavani informed the Red Devils hierarchy of his intention to leave for South America at the end of the season after the 3-1 win over Burnley on Sunday. Cavani has two-and-a-half months remaining on his contract and while there is an option to extend for another season, it would require both the player and the club to agree to activate this clause. The Premier League has terminated its TV rights deal with China, its biggest overseas contract, leaving a huge hole in clubs’ finances. The deal with Chinese broadcaster PPTV was worth around £490m and had lasted only one of its three years.
