PJ Harvey and Tim Phillips Unveil Bad Sisters Original Series Soundtrack: Stream

PJ Harvey and composer Tim Phillips have shared the series soundtrack to Apple TV+’s Bad Sisters. Stream it below via Apple Music and Spotify. Bad Sisters was co-devoloped by Sharon Horgan and stars Horgan, Anne-Marie Duff, Eva Birthistle, Sarah Greene, and Eve Hewson. It follows a group of sisters as they grieve a family members death while hoping to dodge investigators from a life insurance company. Over two hours worth of Hans Zimmer compositions get a new life on Hans Zimmer LIVE, a forthcoming live double-album commemorating the legendary German composer. Ahead of its March 3rd release, we can hear a reimagined version of “The Last Samurai Suite” today. Recorded during his 2022 European concert tour of the same name, Hans Zimmer LIVE compiles highlights from the soundtracks to films like The Lion King, The Dark Knight, X Men: Dark Phoenix, Dunkirk, Gladiator, Inception, Interstellar, The Last Samurai, Man of Steel, No Time to Die, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Wonder Woman 1984. Hard rock legends and Oscar-winning composers Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross have two new film soundtracks set to be unveiled this weekend. Their score for Luca Guadagnino’s cannibal love story Bones and All will bow at the Venice Film Festival September 2nd, while Sam Mendes’ Empire of Light will premiere at Telluride Film Festival on Saturday, September 3rd. Clark is a new Netflix Swedish-language series based on infamous Swedish criminal Clark Olofsson. Directed by ex-Bathory drummer and Lords of Chaos director Jonas Åkerlund, the six-part series boasts a serious metal pedigree. To start, Åkerlund tapped Opeth mastermind Mikael Åkerfeldt to compose the score for the series. Åkerfeldt recently announced a physical release of the 34-track soundtrack, which spans genres and features four vocal performances from the Opeth frontman.
