It must be awkward for Saweetie to reunite with her “ex-fiancé” Kyle Mooney on the Saturday Night Live stage. Billie Eilish to Pull Double Duty on SNL as Host and Musical Guest
Billie Eilish will get a chance to show off her comedy chops as host of Saturday Night Live next month. The Happier Than Ever singer will pull double duty on the show’s December 11th episode, serving as both host and musical guest. The 21-year-old Eilish previously made her SNL debut as a musical guest in September 2019. She’s now set to join a rare crop of performers who pulled double duty as host and musical guest on the same episode. To date, 41 artists can claim that feat, with Nick Jonas being the most recent one in 2020. The final Saturday Night Live episodes of 2021 have formally been announced. Billie Eilish will be pulling double duty as both host and performer on December 11. Paul Rudd will host December 18, which will featuring musical guest Charli XCX. It’ll be Eilish‘s first time hosting and second time performing on SNL. It’s also Charli XCX‘s second appearance on the show. As for Rudd, he’ll be there to promote the new Ghostbusters movie and The Shrink Next Door, which figures to be the next show that the 19 people with Apple TV+ start claiming is really good to justify their subscription.
