Zakk Wylde Recreates Black Sabbath’s Debut LP on Upcoming Zakk Sabbath Album Vertigo
Zakk Wylde is taking his love of all things Black Sabbath to the extreme by recreating the iconic metal act’s debut album with his tribute act Zakk Sabbath. The LP, titled Vertigo, is set to arrive September 4th. In anticipation, Zakk Sabbath have shared their version of the song “Black Sabbath”. Named after Black Sabbath’s old record label, Vertigo features the exact tracklist of Sabbath’s 1970 debut, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. Fender Unveils New Fullerton Electric-Acoustic Ukulele Series
Fender is catering to the ukulele player’s inner rock star with their new Fullerton series. The new hybrid electric-acoustic ukuleles are modeled to look like classic Fender guitars, and they can be played plugged or unplugged. The Fullerton series, which Fender calls one of its “most stage-ready instruments,” features classic body shapes of the Telecaster, Stratocaster, and Jazzmaster, merging the world of electric guitar with the soft plucks of the ukulele. However, when amplified through the built-in Fender-designed preamp system, the Fullerton ukes take on a new life.
