If you’re worried about the future of Twitter under the guidance of soon-to-be-former CEO Elon Musk, worry no more! Fred Durst and his merry band of Limp Bizkit mates are here to save the day. The nu-metal frontman has offered his services to the multibillionaire mogul in the form of a … tweet. It’s been a rough go of it in the two months since Musk closed the deal on the purchasing Twitter for $44 billion. Under his guidance, the company has laid off half its staff, instituted an $8-per-month blue verification check mark, and banned some journalists from the platform, among other lowlights. Most recently, he promised to step down as CEO as soon as he finds “someone foolish enough to take the job.” But never fear, y’all! Durst and company are ready to do their part to turn it all around. “...

Robert Fripp and Toyah Do It All for the “Nookie” with Limp Bizkit Cover: Watch

Robert Fripp and Toyah Willcox keep the fun going with a cover of Limp Bizkit’s “Nookie” in the latest edition of their “Sunday Lunch” series. The King Crimson guitarist and his singer wife are perhaps honoring Bizkit frontman Fred Durst, who celebrated his 52nd birthday on Saturday (August 20th), or else they’re just being their usual frisky selves with the risqué performance. Toyah is wearing a sheer blouse with black pasties, while Robert is sporting a shimmery sideways baseball cap as they deliver the nu-metal anthem. Behind them, a sign on their kitchen cabinet reads “Fripp = Nookie.” Advertisement Related Video The couple’s recent “Sunday Lunch” performances have included Ozzy Osbourne’s “Crazy Train,” AC/DC’s “Back in Black,” Slipknot’s “Psychosocial,” Rammstein’s&nbs...

5 Reasons to See Rage Against The Machine Live This Summer

Back in 2020, the timing for a Rage Against The Machine reunion couldn’t have been more appropriate: after nine years away and ahead of a symbolic and high-stakes election, the Los Angeles quartet decided it was time to be back in front of the people once again to serve politically-charged catharsis en masse. But of course, the pandemic offset Rage’s tour plans by not one, but two years, and even compared to 2020, the world is quite different than it once was. Luckily, attendees at Rage Against The Machine’s tour stop at Festival d’été de Québec in Québec City didn’t let the 11-year absence hinder an amazing time on Saturday evening (July 16th). The festival itself is a true experience — rather than erect a typical three or four-day festival on one large plot of land within the city, Festi...

Limp Bizkit Are Rollin’ Out the Dance Moves in “Dad Vibes” Video: Watch

Limp Bizkit are fully embracing middle age in the just-released music video for their 2021 comeback single “Dad Vibes.” In the TikTok-inspired clip, Fred Durst and company show off their dancing “dad” moves with a carefree attitude. While the song has officially been out since September, the music video times nicely with Limp Bizkit’s upcoming “Still Sucks” Spring US tour, which kicks off on April 28th in Tampa, Florida, and runs through a May 31st show in Ontario, California. Tickets for the outing are available here. In the clip, Durst once again shows off his new “dad” look, sporting a gray wig, a horseshoe mustache, and clothes straight off the racks of Sears. Meanwhile, guitarist Wes Borland is dressed as a priest (with a surprise outfit reveal toward the end); bassist Sam Rivers is s...

Limp Bizkit’s Fred Durst Was Outbid for a Bootleg “Dad” Action Figure of Himself

Despite Limp Bizkit canceling the remainder of their summer tour, Fred Durst’s new “dad” look is taking the internet by storm. So much so, that someone created a Fred Durst “dad” action figure that garnered a losing eBay bid from the nu-metal singer himself. Durst first debuted his new look on Instagram, sporting a gray wig, horseshoe mustache, and an outfit that looks like it came straight off the racks of Sears. He then rocked the same look at Lollapalooza, and the band’s next couple of shows, until the tour came to a halt just a few gigs into the planned itinerary. On his Instagram Story, Durst shared an image of the crude looking action figure presented in an official-looking box, writing, “I lost the auction on this illegal toy. Things are good.” The image also showed that the “Nookie...
