Grab a Napkin (or a Hose) the McRib is Back

America’s most perplexing fast food phenomenon has returned: For the first time in eight years, the McDonald’s McRib sandwich will be available nationwide beginning December 2nd. The McRib first appeared in 1982, and has achieved a cult following based as much on its limited availability as its (extremely dubious) taste. It was last widely attainable in 2012, but as the most McRabid McRib fans know, the sandwich actually comes out every year. But it’s purposefully difficult to find, and the Golden Arches have even rolled out a McRib locator app to encourage road trips and beam advertisements directly to your phone. Now, as CNBC reports, it will be coming to 10,000 of Mickey D’s 14,000 stores. So what’s the big deal? The patty is made of pork — or at least, a product that resembles pork in ...

Dave Bautista Slams Trump’s Tough Guy Act in New Joe Biden Ad: Watch

It’s no secret that Joe Biden has outraised the incumbent candidate considerably over the last few month. The surge in funds has led to a major uptick in advertising; just check out how many new ads get uploaded to Biden’s YouTube page daily. Many of those spots feature celebrities like Brad Pitt, Samuel L. Jackson, Sam Elliott, and Beastie Boys lending their voices to the cause. The latest A-lister to join the Biden train is none other than Drax the Destroyer himself, Dave Bautista. The former WWE star appears in a new ad called “That’s Toughness”. In the clip, Bautista wears a “Freedom” shirt while he explains the difference between acting like a tough guy and actually being one. “It’s easy to lie to people, it’s easy to bully people. That does not make you a tough guy,” he say...

Brad Pitt Narrates Joe Biden’s Latest Campaign Ad: Watch

Brad Pitt (photo by Michael Muller) and Joe Biden (photo by Phil Roeder via the National Archives and Records Administration) With the election just nine days away, the stars are coming out in full force in support of Joe Biden. Brad Pitt is the latest celebrity to tie himself to the Democratic presidential candidate’s campaign, as he narrates a new ad for Biden. Premiering during Game 4 of the World Series between the Dodgers and Rays on Saturday, the clip leans heavy into Biden’s message of positivity. Over shots of the candidate meeting a range of supporters, Pitt says, “America is a place for everyone – those who chose this county, those who fought for it – some Republicans, some Democrats, and most, somewhere in between.” The actor goes on to talk about how we’re a...

Buzz, Buzz, Lily Allen Launches Her Own Sex Toy

With the live music industry shuttered fo the foreseeable future, artists are relying more than ever on the revenue of merch. In addition to your standard T-shirts and hoodies, we’ve seen some artists get creative with their own lines of CBD products (Sigur Rós), body pillows (Travis Scott), and yes, even Crocs (Post Malone). Lily Allen, too, has been thinking outside of the box merchandise-wise by thinking more about her bedroom activities: the London musician has just launched her own sex toy. A collaboration with German company Womanizer, the sex toy is a fancy pink vibrator called Liberty. Along with guaranteeing good ol’ pleasure, as its name suggests, the product is also meant to break down the societal barriers surrounding the subjects of female masturbation and sex positi...

New John Wick Roller Coaster Will Offer Fans a Killer Experience

For fans of tightly-choreographed action scenes and lovers of dogs, the John Wick film franchise has been mandatory viewing for over half a decade. Now, as Variety reports, Lionsgate has announced a brand-new adrenalized experience in the form of the “John Wick: Open Contract” roller coaster, coming to Dubai next year. This ten-story tall thrill ride is just the latest addition to the Motiongate theme park in the United Arab Emirates. And while it won’t actually be arming the park’s guests, “Open Contract” includes several elements to make you feel like you’re the one holding the gun (or knife, or pencil, or nothing at all). To start, it’s set at a scaled-down replica of the Continental, the underworld sanctuary that plays such a key role in the films. Then, the coaster itself of...

In addition to popular music videos from The Boss, the channel will air a special livestream f...

Alanis Morissette’s Jagged Little Pill Musical Leads Tony Awards with 15 Nominations

For obvious reasons, it’s been a weird and shortened Broadway season. Still, the 74th annual Tony Awards are soldiering on, celebrating the work of those productions that were able to put on shows before the March shutdown of New York’s theater district. That includes Jagged Little Pill, the musical based on Alanis Morissette’s iconic album of the same name, which leads the 2020 Tonys with 15 nominations. To be fair, there was a considerably smaller field this year than is typical. Because the pandemic forced Broadway’s shutdown, the cutoff date for Tony-eligible productions was bumped to February 19th, 2020. (Jagged Little Pill officially opened on Broadway in December of last year.) That meant that only 18 plays were eligible for nominations, down from 34 in 2019. There is also one fewer...

Crank up “WAP” because Cardi B and Offset are officially back together again. The hip-hop power couple has made amends just four weeks after filing for divorce. Cardi initially cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for wanting to split up from her husband of three years. However, it appears their squabbles may have just been part of a rough patch in their relationship. “I’m just a crazy bitch,” Cardi admitted in a new video, as TMZ reports. “One day I’m happy, the next day I want to beat him [Offset] the fuck up.” But at the end of the day, the pair’s tight friendship and even hotter sex life make all the drama worth it. “It’s really hard not to talk to your best friend,” the “Money” rapper continued, “and it’s really hard to have no dick.” Editors’ Picks “We’re just ...

Larry David Marries Girlfriend Ashley Underwood

It’s a pretty pretty pretty good time to be Larry David. The Curb Your Enthusiasm creator got married to his girlfriend, Ashley Underwood, this past week. According to People, David and Underwood tied the knot on Wednesday in Southern California. While the timing may seem strange, one Instagram commenter has the most logical answer: “Larry was like, ‘pandemic? Let’s get married! No guests!” The couple began dating in 2017 after meeting at a birthday party for Sacha Baron Cohen. Underwood was a producer on Cohen’s Showtime series, Who is America?. “We were seated next to each other,” David recounted to the New York Times of their first-time meeting. “Much to her surprise I left before dessert. I was doing so well, banter-wise, I didn’t want to risk staying too long and blowing the good impr...
