On his second flight in more than a decade he honors his late friend DJ AM. As spotted on Buzz Feed the Blink 182 member took one step closer to conquering his fear of flying. Over the weekend he took a flight to Italy with Kourtney Kardashian. During the voyage he posted a photograph of his friend Adam “DJ AM” Goldstein. The two were the sole survivors of a plane crash in 2008. Their private aircraft was leaving South Carolina when it malfunctioned and crashed. The tragedy killed their two friends, security guard Charles “Che” Still and assistant Chris Baker, along with the two pilots. Nigerian Army reshuffles senior officers in major shakeup

The Nigerian Army has redeployed some of its senior officers in a major shakeup. Outgoing Army spokesperson, Mohammed Yerima, a brigadier general, made this known in a statement on Thursday. Notable amongst the new appointments was that of C.G. Musa, a major general, who was named the new Theatre Commander of Operation Hadin Kai, the counter insurgency operation in the North-east region. Also, Onyema Nwachukwu, a brigadier general, has now been appointed as the army spokesperson. Another brigadier general, A.M. Umar, was named the chief of staff to the COAS. Members of the House of Representatives have expressed sadness over the death of Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Ibrahim Attahiru and his entourage in an air crash in Kaduna. General Ibrahim Attahiru, the Chief of Army Staff, has died in a plane crash. Details of the incident are still sketchy but a military source told newsmen that it happened in Kaduna on Friday. In a statement, the Nigerian Air Force confirmed that there was an accident involving one of its aircraft in Kaduna but did not go into details. “An air crash involving a @NigAirForce aircraft occurred this evening near the Kaduna International Airport. Iran says ready to pay compensations in crashed Ukrainian plane case

Iran is ready to pay compensations pertaining to the Ukrainian passenger plane that crashed in Iran’s airspace in January, head of Iran’s Civil Aviation Organisation told official IRNA news agency on Saturday.
