The embattled chairman of Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP) Osun State, Hon Soji Adagunodo, on Friday took over the party secretariat in the Osogbo capital of the state. Newsmen report that an Osun State High Court sitting in Ikirun on Tuesday, November 3 reinstated Hon. Soji Adajunodo as the chairman of the People Democratic Party (PDP) following a motion Exparte by the Adagunodo’s counsel, Edmund Biriomoni, in suit number HIK/25/2020 filed before Justice Saka Falola sought for seven reliefs from the respondents four respondent including the substantive chairman, Mr Sunday Bisi. PDP expels former Kogi guber aspirant
Son of former governor Ibrahim Idris and a governorship aspirant of the People Democratic Party, PDP, in the November 2019 Kogi Guber election, Abubakar Ibrahim, has been expelled from the party for supposedly anti-party activities. Ibrahim’s expulsion followed fortnight directive of the state executive to the Disciplinary Committee set up by his home PDP of Icheke Ward in Omala Local Government Area to explore charges against him. Lockdown: Anambra lose N1.9 billion internal revenue in six weeks – official
Anambra State Government said it has lost about N1.9 billion from Internally Generated Revenue, IGR, in six weeks, due to the lockdown order to contain the dreaded coronavirus pandemic.
