ODESZA is Working on New Music

In true ODESZA fashion, the famed electronic tandem remained quiet in 2020 when it came to new music. However, with a simple tweet, they’ve now reignited hope in their diehard fanbase that new music may soon be on the way. “hi guys we workin I promise,” ODESZA wrote yesterday, February 15th, on Twitter. While we’re unable to confirm anything beyond the notion that new music is currently in the works, fans can certainly hold out hope that the duo will finally emerge from the shadows of their studio. Considering ODESZA’s proclivity for producing cohesive bodies of work as opposed to singles, it’s fair to wonder if they have a new album in the works—it’s been nearly four years since September 2017’s scintillating A Moment Apa...

Love at First Sight: The Top 10 EDM Artist Logos

When it comes to launching a successful music career, banging tunes aren’t the only factor when it comes to success. Instead, especially in the digital age, music often must come alongside a strong visual brand built around an eye-catching and memorable logo.  This rule is especially relevant in the world of electronic music, as bold, captivating visuals and signature artwork are must-haves for any producer with a live show. Logos are emblazoned on merch, splashed across fan art and featured on album covers—and, if all goes well, permanently displayed on fans’ bodies as a tattoo. Have you ever connected with another audience member at an event over your mutual love for an artist? We’ll bet it was because one or both of you were sporting their logo.  In shor...

ODESZA and Golden Features Release BRONSON Commentary Album

ODESZA and Golden Features shocked the world when they announced their new supergroup, BRONSON, back in April 2020. A step away from the trio’s traditional sound, fans were excited to hear their amalgam with the release of their debut LP earlier in the month. In an effort to give listeners a chance to learn about what went into their newest project, the group has released a new commentary album to accompany the original.  With the new release, listeners can hear how BRONSON came to be, information about the recording process, some of their inspirations, and statements from the featured guests on the album. In a press release, BRONSON shared a statement further describing the new behind-the-scenes feature. COMMENTARY is just that – an elucidation on our d...

BRONSON Share Satirical Take On Corporate Culture with Music Video for New Single “Keep Moving”

The trickle of new music from BRONSON, the collaborative project of ODESZA and Golden Features, continues this week with the group’s new single “Keep Moving.”  The distorted track is arguably Bronson’s heaviest offering yet, and the gritty production is not the only thing bucking the trend. The song arrives with a music video pertinent to the times as the world begins returning to work amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. The “Keep Moving” video satirically depicts employees of a fictional “BRONSON Inc” being shaken up by an invisible force. All the while, the company’s employees are being fed the message to “keep moving” with seemingly no regard for the chaos unfolding around them. Bodies flail dramatically about the office a...
