Atlantic Records & Moves Recordings singer, Amaarae does a beautiful medley to Wizkid’s certified hit single “Joro.” Amaarae who is a Ghanaian-American singer, songwriter and producer joined the Billboard’s Platoon Africa Artist Showcase on Friday (May 22) with a swoon-worthy Billboard Live At-Home performance from her Accra, Ghana hometown. The mini-set paired well with a cup of tea, which the singer came prepared with as part of the full fine china setup next to her on the couch. Fellow Ghanaian artist, Øbed accompanied her on the keyboard, wearing a face mask and sitting at least six feet apart from her to practice social distancing during their snazzy set.
