Couple Appears to Have Sex In the Middle of Nocturnal Wonderland Music Festival

Love was in the air—and on the ground—at Nocturnal Wonderland over the weekend. After a passerby recorded a video of what appears to be a man and a woman engaging in public sex on the grounds of the SoCal music fest, he shared the clip and lambasted the couple on Twitter. While the video does not show any nudity, its contents are lewd in nature due to the pair’s overtly sexual mannerisms. The tweet immediately lit the fuse of a debate surrounding the legality of the pair’s alleged public intercourse. According to Los Angeles law firm Stephen G. Rodriguez & Partners, sex in public is not a crime in California but anyone caught doing so could face criminal charges if someone witnessed the act and was offended by the conduct. Nocturnal Wonderland Reveals Stellar 2021 Lineup With Flux Pavilion, deadmau5, More

Insomniac’s longest-running festival, Nocturnal Wonderland, is set to return September 18-19 at San Bernardino’s Glen Helen Amphitheater with a jam-packed lineup for its 26th edition.  Flux Pavilion, deadmau5, Kill the Noise, Malaa, LP Giobbi, and many more will take the stage. Also appearing will be Sian, who will be performing a “techno classics” set, as well as Downlink and Modestep, who will be dropping a B2B drum & bass set. Following the earth-rattling (you’ll understand that joke in a moment) launch of the Nocturnal Wonderland Virtual Rave-A-Thon, Insomniac is primed for a monster final day with some larger-than-life performances on tap. The first day featured massive DJ sets from the likes of Drezo, Benny Benassi, Nitti Gritti, Borgore, Modestep, and GG Magree, with the latter performing through a small earthquake at one point. Ahead of this weekend’s “Nocturnal Wonderland Virtual Rave-A-Thon,” Insomniac has unveiled a massive lineup to tide fans over until the festival’s momentous in-person return in 2021. True to Insomniac’s genre-traversing ways, the lineup represents the best in both house and bass music. Repping the dubstep and trap scenes are Nitti Gritti, Barely Alive, Modestep, and Borgore. Insomniac Announces the Return of Nocturnal Wonderland

Insomniac recently announced that their Southern California festival, Nocturnal Wonderland, will make its grand return in 2021. On Instagram, founder Pasquale Rotella shared details of next year’s event alongside footage of previous iterations.  Although it’s still more than a year away, Rotella has already spoken about planned improvements to the festival’s campground after receiving feedback from previous attendees. Insomniac founder Pasquale Rotella took to social media today to share some devastating—if unsurprising—news about the future of his company’s wildly popular dance music festivals in the wake of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. Nocturnal Wonderland, Escape Psycho Circus, EDC Orlando, and Dreamstate SoCal have all officially been tabled, biting the bullet amid a relentless pandemic that continues to throttle the music community at large.
