Nasarawa government recommits to infrastructural development

Alhaji Yusuf Mada, the Special Adviser to Gov. Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State on Infrastructure, says the State Government is committed to the provision of infrastructure to improve the lives of the people. Mada stated this on Monday in Nassarawa Eggon while playing host to All Progressives Congress (APC) Wakama Ward stakeholders in Nassarawa Eggon Local Government Area of the state. NMA apologises to Nigerians, patients over resident doctors strike

File Photo Nigeria Medical Association (NMA) has apologised to Nigerians, especially patients at various government hospitals, over the strike embarked upon by the Nigerian Association of Resident Doctors (NARD). Dr Enema Amodu, the Chairman, NMA, Federal Capital Territory (FCT) chapter, made the plea on Sunday in Abuja while addressing newsmen over the NARD strike. NSCDC warns applicants over fake recruitment message

Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has warned applicants over fake recruitment examination messages on social media scheduled to take place at undisclosed venues. Nigerian government begs resident doctors to shelve planned strike

The Federal Government has appealed to Resident Doctors to shelve their threat of embarking on a nationwide strike in the country. The Minister of Labour and Employment, Dr Chris Ngige, made the appeal at a conciliatory meeting with the National Association of Resident Doctors (NARD) on Wednesday in Abuja. Another batch of 255 Nigerians stranded in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has arrived at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja.
