Inter Milan are close to agreeing a new deal with Italy international Nicolo Barella. The 24-year-old joined the Serie A side in the summer of 2019 from Cagliari on a season-long loan deal with an obligation to buy. His current contract at San Siro is set to expire in 2024 but the Italian outfit are keen to hand him a new deal. The talented midfielder enjoyed an impressive 2020-21 season.
