The team at Dirtybird have announced the first phase of artists set to perform at the second iteration of their east coast event, Dirtybird CampInn. A spinoff of their west coast flagship fest, Dirtybird Campout, the CampInn will take over the Wyndham Orlando Resort February 25-27, 2022. Tomorrowland Wins Key Permit to Expand to Three Weekends In 2022: Report

Tomorrowland has received the regulatory green light to go bigger and better than ever in 2022.  Following two consecutive pandemic-induced cancellations in 2020 and 2021, Tomorrowland made their eagerness to make up for lost time clear as they immediately sought approval to expand to three weekends during the upcoming 2022 festival season. Overwhelming Majority of Fans First Began Their EDM Journey Before Age 20: Poll

Electronic music listeners tend to become enamored with the genre at an early age, according to the results of a recent EDM.com reader poll. The fact that the blissfully care-free lifestyle promoted by electronic dance music culture appeals vastly to youthful demographics isn’t necessarily a surprising discovery, but the weighting by percentage skews more youthful than perhaps one would expect. Precisely half of respondents reported first beginning their EDM journey between the ages of 0-15. Elements Festival Shares Roadmap of Improvements After Controversial 2021 Event

After a disastrous 2021 edition of Elements Music & Arts Festival, the event’s organizers are looking to reconcile with fans and create a safer experience in 2022 after providing a list of changes in a highly detailed roadmap. As part of a proposed five-point plan, the festival is being relocated from Lakewood, Pennsylvania to Long Pond. Rampage Festival Postponed Due to Belgian COVID-19 Restrictions

Rampage, one of the world’s largest dubstep and drum & bass music festivals, has been postponed to 2022 amid fears of the Omicron variant of COVID-19.  The news arrives shortly after the organizers of the Belgium-based fest announced their lineup, which included headlining acts such as Pendulum and NOISIA, for the December 10th and 11th show dates.
