The full title is MTV Unplugged Presents “Miley Cyrus Backyard Sessions” and it’s set to air later this month. According to a press release, Cyrus will reimagine the iconic music series from the comfort of her backyard in Los Angeles. Andrew Cuomo announced, during his Monday press briefing, that the yearly award show is slated to take place on Aug. 30 at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center. His award-show revelation came as he announced that New York City will be entering Phase III of reopening on July 6.
