Set Times and Special GRiZ Performance Announced for Movement 2022

Time to start planning, Movement‘s set times are finally here. Coming soon to Detroit, Michigan is the world-renowned celebration of techno. Artists like Jeff Mills, The Martinez Brothers, Carl Craig, Maya Jane Coles, Flying Lotus, Chris Lake, Duck Sauce, The Blessed Madonna, and many, many more are set to take the stage for the festival’s first outing since 2019. Each of them will helm one of the festival’s six stages, including the newly-reworked, Underground Stage, for three days of entertainment celebrating the beautiful midwestern city and its beloved genre. Detroit’s Legendary Movement Music Festival Reveals 2022 Headliners

After announcing their comeback late last year, the organizers of Detroit’s legendary Movement Music Festival have revealed the event’s 2022 headliners. Though this is only a small glimpse of what’s to come, it’s a spectacular lineup so far. Nina Kraviz, Seth Troxler, Anfisa Letyago, Adam Beyer, The Blessed Madonna, Richie Hawtin, Claude VonStroke, and more were among the first to be announced. Fans can also look forward to collaborative DJ sets from the likes of Eris Drew and Octo Octa as well as Goldie and LTJ Bukem. Detroit’s Movement Festival Eyes 2022 Return

After two long years of devastating delays and cancellations, Detroit’s Movement Electronic Music Festival looks to reignite the flame in 2022.  The renowned techno and house music festival will return during its usual Memorial Day Weekend run from May 28th through 30th at Hart Plaza in Detroit. A lineup has not yet been announced, but fans should keep an eye on the artists who were originally listed on the festival’s 2020 and 2021 iterations. From the birthplace of techno music to the blue light of our computers and tablets, Detroit music festival Movement has gone virtual. The fabled fest, which has solidified itself as the premier house and techno festival in America over the years, recently announced its new livestream event, Movement At Home. Organizers from Movement have now unveiled the livestream’s lineup, which is nothing short of spectacular. Movement has taken place every Memorial Day Weekend since 2006, but its 2020 iteration was effectively crumpled by the impact of COVID-19.
