According to the Department of Justice, Smith used third party accounts to conceal his income and commit tax evasion from 2000 to 2015. The DOJ stated that Smith, who is the CEO of Vista Equity Partners, intentionally did not report over $200 million of partnership income. With the bodycam video displaying the officers’ tactics in handling the students, two of the officers were let go from their positions today. CBS 46 reports that Taniyah Pilgrim, who attends Spelman, and her friend Messiah Young of Morehouse were driving home from a protest after the city instituted a curfew this past Saturday.
