Socios signs up Major League Soccer — but it’s not a token effort yet

Fan token platform Socios has partnered with 26 Major League Soccer (MLS) teams to offer fan engagement experiences and rewards, but so far no fan tokens have been announced. Major League Soccer have confirmed that David Beckham’s Inter Miami broke the league’s budget rules by paying Blaise Matuidi above the compensation limit for a non-designated player. Miami made their debut as an expansion franchise in MLS last term, and it was announced that Matias Pellegrini was their young designated player.
