According to the publication, Johannson’s contract reportedly assured her that the film would be released exclusively in theaters. “Disney intentionally induced Marvel’s breach of the agreement, without justification, to prevent Ms. Johansson from realizing the full benefit of her bargain with Marvel,” the lawsuit states.
