Ford will be taking over the role from the the late William Hurt, who passed away back in March of this year at the age of 71. Oh, well, there’s always next phase: Marvel Studios has paused production on its hotly-anticipated Blade reboot, according to The Hollywood Reporter. As a result, Disney has pushed the film back from its original November 3rd, 2023 premiere date to September 6th, 2024. The decision will disappoint Blade fans, though it doesn’t come as a total surprise; the star-crossed project lost director Bassam Tariq just weeks before filming was set to begin in November. As the search continues for a replacement, crew members were notified Tuesday of the pause on production. According to one source, “They want to really get it right.” Filming is expected to pick up in 2023. He nimbly leaps to t...

Amongst the returning characters are Shuri (Letitia Wright), Ramonda (Angela Bassett), Nakia (Lupita Nyong’o), Okoye (Danai Gurira), and Ayo (Florence Kasumba). All of them are in mourning over the loss of T’Challa (the late, great Chadwick Boseman), but the death of their king and Black Panther protector has apparently opened them up to outside aggressors — particula...

It turned out that the real S.H.I.E.L.D. head was up in space aboard a Skrull ship on a secret mission. That mission, it turns out, was monitoring a… well, a Secret Invasion. Based on the popular Marvel Comics storyline of the same name, Secret Invasion...
