Source: Bernard Smalls / @PhotosByBeanz You can always count on Killer Mike to share his honest and sometimes brutal political opinions. In a recent episode of notable Wu-Tang Clan fan John Heilemann’s Hell & High Water with John Heilemann podcast, Killer Mike kept it real on current hot button political topics. The Run The Jewel’s member shared his thoughts on Lil Wayne’s Trump support, Ice Cube politicking with the Trump administration, plus the Democratic and Republican party’s current state. When it comes to Lil Wayne, the Atlanta rapper admitted he is still a fan of Weezy and suspects that Team Trump threw some cash at the Young Money general that anyone, even himself, would think about taking. “I don’t know why Wayne did the endorsement. I’m still a Lil Wayne fan. He is one of th...

So we too the f*cking ceiling off,” says Khaled, talking his usual ish, and sipping on some tea. The man born Khaled Khaled shared snippets of a couple of tracks from the project. One featured Drake kicking some fiery bars over a buttery smooth track. The other was Lil Wayne going in over Lil Baby and 42 Dugg’s “We Paid.” Could it be that Lil Wayne is dropping new music to make us forget he was rolling with the orange-colored President who lost the election? Source: Gonzalo Marroquin / Getty Lil Wayne’s alleged ex-girlfriend, Denise Bidot, has broken her silence regarding her relationship status. The internet slowly sipped their drinks after it was reported that curvacious baddie, Denise Bidot, dumped Lil Wayne after he showed support for Donald Trump and his bootleg “platinum plan.” Now Bidot has broken her silence on the matter and is claiming that was not the case. Initially, a “source” reportedly close to the situation claimed, “She broke up with Wayne. It wasn’t just his Trump support, but that was a big part,” and “was shocked when she saw Wayne come out with Trump. She’s so disappointed in him.” Bidot responded to a tweet on Twitter and flat out denied Weezy’s caping for Trump ended their months-long relationship stating, “I did not. Th...
Source: Jeff Kravitz/MTV1415 / Getty John Legend has never been shy about his disapproval of current sitting President, Donald Trump, but recently he had some choice words for rappers who were trying to help Trump sway the vote. On Monday (Nov 2), while appearing at a campaign event for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris in Pennsylvania, John Legend let all the Trump-supporting rappers know exactly how he felt about their endorsement. After performing “Glory” with Common at the event, the soul singer delivered a powerful speech denouncing Donald Trump’s “Platinum Plan” for Black Americans and its celebrity backers, including Ice Cube, 50 Cent, Lil Wayne, and Lil Pump. “Now, some people see the meanness, the bullying, the selfishness of Donald Trump and they mistake it for strength, a kind of twis...
Source: Kevin Mazur / Getty Election Day is upon us and like clockwork, lines are being drawn in the political sand right before our eyes. Sensing this natural divide, 50 Cent took it as a moment to imagine a mock meat beef between Eminem and Lil Wayne given their political affiliations of late. The artist born Curtis Jackson rarely misses a moment to troll, doing so via his favored tool of social media to get some jokes off at someone else’s expense. Using a photo of a Black man holding a large confederate facing off against a white man with a Black Lives Matter sign, Fif captioned the image “Wanye vs. Eminem” with a laughing emoji. Recently, Wayne has joined an alarmingly growing list of rappers who have put their faith into President Donald Trump. On the reverse, Eminem gave Joe Biden a...
Source: Jared Siskin / Getty Lil Wayne’s recent support for Donald Trump is turning out to be quite detrimental to his love life as well. Lil Wayne got dragged by his last 4 remaining dreadlocks after he decided to drop on Twitter timelines that he met with Trump bigged him up on his work with “criminal reform” and his bootleg platinum plan. Tunechi has been mum since that debacle that no one had on their 2020 bingo card but generally agreed was right on-brand with a rapper who historically has caped for police officers becuase a cop saved his life. Now, word on the internet is that not only has Wayne lost some fans, he also allegedly was given the boot by his insanely curvy boo, model Denise Bidot. Love B. Scott is reporting Bidot was not feeling Wayne’s support for Trump and kicked the r...
Source: Prince Williams / Getty Lil Wayne joined a growing list of Black entertainers who have lined up to be down with MAGA and flat out endorsing President Donald Trump. However, in this case, it appears that Lil Tunechi is actually Team Trump and Royce Da 5’9 could hardly believe it. Taking to Instagram, the Detroit wordsmith and podcast host shared his thoughts on Weezy F. Baby’s endorsement of the former business mogul and reality television star. “This ain’t the Iconic Genius that said. {And I Quote} “Bitch, real G’z move in silence like lasagna”…. Nope I rebuke you, Satan…Stay away from our [GOATS] .. And Wayne would’ve NEVER worn a shirt to the White House…,” read Nickel Nine’s Instagram caption of the photo of Wayne and Trump grinning side by side. In case anyone was wondering, Li...
Just when you thought the year couldn’t get any odder, Lil Wayne met with President Donald Trump less than a week before the election. Yep, that’s where we’re at. In a tweet on Thursday evening, Weezy endorsed Trump’s “Platinum Plan” for the Black community and said that he had “a great meeting” with the president. He added that Trump “listened to what we had to say today and assured he will and can get it done.” Just had a great meeting with @realdonaldtrump @potus besides what he’s done so far with criminal reform, the platinum plan is going to give the community real ownership. He listened to what we had to say today and assured he will and can get it done. 🤙🏾 pic.twitter.com/Q9c5k1yMWf — Lil Wayne WEEZY F (@LilTunechi) October 29, 2020 This comes a week after Ice C...
Lil Wayne fans have waited years to find out what the “F” in “Weezy F. Baby” really stands for. But apparently it’s… football? Lil Wayne got his head in the game Monday with the release of his new single “NFL,” which is set to be the soundtrack for this season’s Thursday Night Football on Amazon Prime Video. The track features Wayne disciples Gudda Gudda and Hoodybaby and will first air during this Thursday’s game between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Chicago Bears. On the track, Wayne and his peers rap about playing in the big leagues and not messing with women who “kiss and tell” over a breezy trap beat. The song’s animated lyric video shows the guys calling their own plays with Wayne appropriately rocking some glittery grillz, which probably aren’t the best for the hi...
