Game of Thrones actress Esmé Bianco, who is already suing Marilyn Manson for sexual assault and human trafficking, has filed new legal documents accusing the shock rocker of blocking a video of her that was meant to screen at Deftones’ current tour dates. Apparently, Bianco filmed a video that was supposed “to be used as part of the stage set for [Deftones’] current tour,” according to a motion filed on Wednesday (April 27th) in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Courtney Love Apologizes for Since-Deleted Posts About Trent Reznor and Dave Grohl

Courtney Love has issued an apology for incendiary remarks she made over the weekend directed at Trent Reznor and Dave Grohl. Her June 13th post has since been deleted, but as ThePRP, Metal Injection, and others documented in screen shots, she accused Grohl of enriching himself at the expense of herself and her late husband Kurt Cobain, while alleging that Reznor was complicit in the abuse of “girls as young as 12.” “I need to apologize for my recent post,” she wrote in her Instagram stories on June 14th. “It was insensitive and it was wrong. No matter how I feel, there are real people behind my words and I need to learn to be more responsible with my words. I am truly sorry for those I’ve hurt and I will do better.” Love’s feud with the surviving members of Nirvana is no se...

Metallica have sued insurance marketplace Lloyd’s of London in an effort to be compensated for losses the band suffered as a result of postponing its South American tour due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The lawsuit was filed on Monday (June 7th) in Los Angeles Superior Court. Metallica rescheduled the shows for December 2020, but with the pandemic still going strong, those dates were also postponed. At the time, the band said it hoped to reschedule the shows for late 2021, but no new dates have been announced yet. According to CBS Los Angeles and City News Service, Metallica’s lawsuit alleges br...

Soundgarden Countersue Vicky Cornell, Claim She Used Charity Show Proceeds for “Personal Purposes”

The surviving members of Soundgarden have countersued Chris Cornell’s widow, Vicky Cornell, alleging that she used funds from a 2019 benefit concert for her own “personal purposes.” They also contend that she has taken over the band’s social media accounts without permission, and have also formerly responded to her claims over rights to unreleased songs they say were intended for a new Soundgarden album. Back in December, Vicky sued the Soundgarden members, accusing them of falsely claiming ownership of seven unreleased songs and withholding royalties from her over the dispute. The band had insisted that the songs were meant for a new Soundgarden album, but Vicky claimed no formal agreement was made between Chris and his bandmates as to the intended destination of the tracks. In their coun...
