Nickelback to Be Inducted Into Canadian Music Hall of Fame at 2023 Juno Awards

Nickelback will be inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame as part of the 2023 Juno Awards. The show, which is Canada’s equivalent of the Grammys, will be held at Rogers Place in Edmonton, Alberta, on March 13. The band was formed in the town of Hanna, Alberta. “Returning home to Alberta, where everything started for us, is truly a full circle, milestone moment for the band,” Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger said in a statement. “We take so much pride in our Canadian roots and are extremely humbled by this honour.” Nickelback will perform on the show as part of the tribute. Arcade Fire to Perform at March Madness Music Festival, JUNO Awards

Arcade Fire have confirmed two major public performances in support of their upcoming album, WE. Next week, the band will headline the AT&T Block Party as part of the 2022 NCAA March Madness Music Festival in New Orleans. Taking place on Friday night (April 1st), the concert will also feature fellow New Orleans greats Preservation Hall Jazz Band. Best yet? In-person tickets are free with registration, and the performance will also be streamed live online via AT&T’s 5G FanZone.
