Source: Shareif Ziyadat / Getty As the world continues to wait on pins and needles over the 2020 election humor is in high demand right now. One reality television star got some comedic relief from a misfired tweet. As spotted on Hot New Hip Hop a meme with good intentions didn’t connect as intended but went viral as a funny fail. An account @Vesta shared a photo collage that featured Joe Budden one side and a pile of pennies on the other side. The quote was “a lot of y’all are lacking” inferring that folks need some common sense. Given that the photo should have been rapper Common, who says he and Tiffany Haddish are still a thing, the miss quickly turned the meme into a whole different meme. So much so that it landed on Cyn Santana’s radar. The “Walk With Me” rapper’s former love qu...

Source: Phillip Faraone / Getty On Monday (August 31), Tahiry Jose went on the record to say her ex-boyfriend, Joe Budden, was physically and verbally abusive to her. Budden addressed the allegations on the latest episode of The Joe Budden Podcast and basically said that although their relationship was definitely toxic, he accused her of being a liar and a clout chaser. Previously, Jose said Joe broke her nose, broke her rib and pushed her down the stairs. However, although he copped to their relationship being “toxic,” he disputed the details of her story, and even said she is “a cancerous toxic liar.” Putting it on them both being young, Budden said “You were abusive,” noting that today’s “climate” allows him to admit this. He added, “You used to beat my ass.” Budden was adamant that he ...

Source: Phillip Faraone / Getty For years Joe Budden has made his desdain for Logic known so when the No Pressure rapper announced his retirement from the rap game, Budden naturally celebrated like it was 1999. Well, it turns out that Budden’s constant criticism of Logic took an emotional toll on the Maryland rapper as he revealed that not only did Joey’s words cut deep, but it even led to depression at one point in his career. During an interview with Hot 97 last week, Logic began explaining how social media would bruise and batter his ego before Joe Budden eventually led him to a place no one wants to be. “I literally have no issue with Joe Budden. I never met him, I don’t know him, I never shaken his hand, we’ve never had a conversation as men,” Logic Expla...
Source: Gilbert Carrasquillo / Getty The e-beef continues to escalate between Joe Budden and Gillie Da Kid. One of the former’s most embarrassing moments might get revisited for the world to see. The spark, this time, was over that time Gillie Da Kid went All Lives Matter. Note, it turns out that was a four-year-old clip of Gillie. Nevertheless, Budden and co. commented on it. [embedded content] As spotted on HipHopDX the Philadelphia MC shot back at Joe on the newest installment of his Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast. On episode 70 he addressed him directly with a very clear threat of putting him on blast. “You keep talking sh*t ni*** and the next episode I’m putting it the f*** out,” Gillie said. “They walked in because you was talking crazy about them ni****. And then a ni*** ...
Joe Budden has been said that he considers Logic to be one of the “worst rappers” in the game. So when the “5AM” rapper revealed that he was retiring from Hip-Hop after this next project drops in order to be a father to his child, Jumpoff had no qualms with the decision and continued to slander the rapper for being struggle, in his eyes. On his latest podcast episode, Joe Buddens clowned Logic for declaring his retirement saying “Logic, you don’t get to announce this” before chuckling and saying “What the f*ck is he talkin’ about? Cause we don’t care.” After his co-hosts tried to explain that Logic is indeed popular, Buddens continued to taunt Logic saying “He should’ve retired a long time ago.” Even after Mal and Rory insisted that Logic was a good rapper, Joey was hearing none of it sayi...
Source: MediaPunch/Bauer-Griffin / Getty Fans of The Joe Budden Podcast should be well aware that they’re no fans of Tekashi 6ix9ine, whom they largely refer to as “Duke” as to not give him any more shine. While commenting on DJ Akademiks and Freddie Gibbs beefing about numbers and relevancy, Joe Budden shared thoughts about his former Complex co-host for standing up for Tekashi after the rapper reportedly faked his streaming numbers. On Episode 358, the Spotify Boys (for now) aimed part of their commentary over the recently-surfaced tiff between Gibbs and Akademiks, sparked by an interview the Gary, Ind. rapper held with Bootleg Kev in where he mentions his former alignment with Jeezy’s CTE imprint. Akademiks went on an explosive tirade via social media, calling Gibbs, among other things,...
