Former Aviation Minister Femi Fani-Kayode has advised President Muhammadu Buhari to leave self-acclaimed Yoruba activist, Sunday Igboho, alone in order to avoid a civil war. The Lagos State Police Command on Friday, rescued another one-month-old female child that was abandoned at the junction of a popular petrol station, by Orile Bus Stop, Lagos. Time was about 8am when the baby was sighted by some passers-by who alerted the Police operatives attached to Orile Division of the Command before she was rescued and handed over to the Gender Unit of the Lagos State Police Command, Ikeja. Edda Professionals’ League (EPL), a body of eminent experts and professionals of Edda extraction, has vowed to resist any plan aimed at humiliating Chief Abia Onyike, former Commissioner for Information and State Orientation in Ebonyi. EPL announced its plan to scuttle such humiliation in a statement signed by its National Secretary, Mr Ikenna Emewu, on Monday in Abakaliki.
