The Vice-President’s daughter, Kiki Osinbajo, has denied owning a property worth N800m in highbrow Wuse 2 area of Abuja. Kiki said this in a post on Instagram on Friday. She said the property in question was a rented one. The Vice-President’s daughter wrote, “For me it is completely unbelievable that a grown man will sit in his home and lie about me; a grown man who possibly has children my age! Like many young women in Nigeria, I work hard. “It may be difficult for people like him to understand that a young woman can work hard and succeed on her own steam. Anyone can verify the ownership of the property of Glamd Africa at AGIS in Abuja. I am a tenant in the property. My landlord’s name is Musa Adams.” A blogger, Jackson Ude, had alleged that Kiki, who runs a fashion retail outfit in Abuja...
Pape Gueye has expressed his delight after completing his move to French side Marseille on a four-year deal. The Olympians recently confirmed the signing of the Senegalese on a free transfer following the expiration of his contract with Le Havre last month. James Blake fans have been treated to a number of special covers during this quarantine season. Over the course of just the last few months, the UK crooner has tackled originals by Radiohead, Billie Eilish, Frank Ocean, and Joni Mitchell. For his newest reimagining, Blake ambitiously rolled out his take on the Nirvana classic “Come As You Are”. The performance was part of an hour-long “piano improv concert” streamed on Instagram Live on Saturday. As requested by a fan, Blake’s rendition of the Nevermind single was “soft” in tone. However, though it was without the angst and volume of the 1992 original, Blake’s cover was still urgent in its own fragile, ivory-tinged way. Watch video of the Nirvana cover below, followed by the full concert (come for the tunes, stay for a glimpse of Blake’s a...

And following the league cancellation in May, which saw her side finish 10th this season – with 23 points from 21 matches – the 28-year-old has thanked the entire club setup. “Hi everyone. It is time to announce that I will be leaving CD Tacon when my contract expires at the end of the ...
