Bonnaroo is giving fans time to prepare their after-midnight schedules for this year’s fest. When the sun goes down and the main stage clears, Bonnaroo will open up to the night owls who want to keep the party going. Organizers have announced the festival’s special After Hours lineup for the 2022 event featuring a bevy of high-profile performers from its primary lineup—and all of the performances won’t start until after midnight. A dream collaboration between Dillon Francis and ILLENIUM is officially on the way in 2022. Back in March 2021, Francis took to Twitter to tease the collab by sharing a screenshot of a text message conversation between himself and ILLENIUM, refraining from divulging any details. Now, after a fan revived the tweet over 10 months later, the famed “Not Butter” producer has confirmed the track will release this year. The Chainsmokers and ILLENIUM have reunited. The chart-topping music producers, who teamed up back in July 2019 for the global dance hit “Takeaway,” returned to the studio and are now working on new music. In its first year of action, ILLENIUM‘s Ember Shores destination music festival had everything to prove. Could it stand alongside the likes of the highly regarded Lost Lands by Excision, ODESZA’s Sundara, and other artist-curated music festivals?
